Who We Are

We are a private, refugee agreement holder with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), HT-SACA has been sponsoring and supporting refugees settle in Canada for more than 22 years.

What We Do

Over the years we have provided several programs to support refugees as they settle in Canada, learn to speak english, find accommodation, settle their children into school, find gainful employment, and make meaningful connections in the community.

Our Vision

Our vision is a future where refugees easily bridge their transition into the community. Our common zeal is to protect the innocent, empower the weak and value the inherent worth of each and every person we serve regardless of faith, culture, sexual orientation or financial status.
